Shipping policy

All KAETE orders are processed and shipped from the USA. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout  for international orders based on your location and carrier rates.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

KAETE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at contact@kaetebygn.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
